I'm Tony Holt, award winning designer, Grand Designs finalist and Chartered Architectural Technologist. I regularly contribute to national self build publications and specialise in designing properties for self builder looking to create something special and interesting.

The work I undertake can be anything from a small extension to a large new build luxury house. What is important to me is that the people I engage with are a good match. I like to think that this starts with liking what I do, so please take time to look through my portfolio and then decide if you think we are a good match.

My design service is provided in stages and you can decide what you want me to provide you with. I can supply you with conceptual ideas that are developed into a final scheme ready to submit for planning approval. You may decide to engage me to produce Worthing drawings and secure Building Regulations approval. You can also involve me in the construction phase to help support you through your self build.
